(1) First start
1. Preparation before starting
After the unit is installed, the connection of each part is checked correctly, and then the test run can be carried out. Since the unit has already discharged the lubricating oil, cooling water, and fuel before leaving the factory, the following work must be done before starting (including future operation):
2. Check the oil level before starting up
a), withdraw the ruler from the catheter and wipe clean the oil
Fully insert the oil dipstick into the catheter, pull it out after 10 seconds to check the oil level
The oil level must be between the maximum (max) and minimum (min) scales
If necessary, add oil to the maximum scale position
The dipstick is fully inserted into the catheter
b), check the oil level after shutdown
After shutting down for 5 minutes, withdraw the ruler from the catheter and wipe off the oil
Fully insert the oil dipstick into the catheter, pull it out after 10 seconds to check the oil level
The oil level must be between the maximum (max) and minimum (min) scales
If necessary, add oil to the maximum scale position
The dipstick is fully inserted into the catheter
c), add cooling liquid, check whether the cooling liquid is enough, check the liquid level from the liquid filling port, the liquid level is 5CM lower than the cap opening.
e), water tank level check
The gas in the cooling system should be fully exhausted
3. Check whether the fuel switch is turned on, and manually discharge the air in the oil circuit until it is confirmed that the air is exhausted.
(4) Check whether the protective device of the unit is fully effective.
(5) Check that the battery connection is firm and reliable, and the battery voltmeter on the control panel reads positive
(6) Each start time should not exceed 10 seconds, and the interval between two starts should not be less than 20 seconds. Each start time is too long or the interval between two starts is too short, it may damage the battery and the starter motor.
(7) After multiple starts, when the exhaust pipe is full of white smoke, wait until the white smoke is fully dispersed before starting the operation.
If the engine fails to start after several consecutive starts, unburned mixed gas (white smoke) will accumulate in the exhaust system, posing a potential explosion hazard.
2. No-load operation inspection
(1) Pay attention to whether the indicator values of the oil pressure, water temperature, charging voltage, three-phase voltage and frequency are within the normal range, and listen to whether the unit has abnormal noise. If there is any abnormal condition, shut down immediately.
(2) Check for leakage of cooling water, fuel, exhaust and exhaust pipes.
(3) Do not move for a long time under no-load or idling conditions. Generally do not exceed 10 minutes.
3. Run under full load
(1) Always pay attention to whether the unit's oil pressure, water temperature, three-phase voltage, current, and frequency are normal.
(2) Pay attention to whether the unit has abnormal noise and vibration.
(3) Whether the temperature of the exhaust pipe is in the normal range. (Fuchsia color between the engine exhaust pipe and the turbocharger is normal)
(4) Unless required by special circumstances, do not add and unload suddenly, as this will increase the wear and tear of the engine.
4. Shutdown
(1) When shutting down under full load conditions, first unload and run the engine with no load for 3-5 minutes, so that the unit is fully cooled and the whole unit is in thermal equilibrium before shutting down.
(2) After shutting down, check the machine for traces of oil and water leakage and other abnormal phenomena.
Unless in an emergency
Generally do not use the emergency stop button to stop!
